236 Developers Demanded to Submit Public and Social Facility Obligations

The West Jakarta Government continues to demand public and social facilities that haven't been submitted by developers until now.
Only 49 developers in West Jakarta who have submitted their obligations in form of public and social facilities
West Jakarta Assistant in Economy and Development, Fredy Setiawan stated, according to Supreme Audit Agency (BPK)'s data, there are 236 of total 285 developers in West Jakarta who haven't fully submitted public and social facility obligations to Jakarta Government.

According to him, his side is still trying to ask developers to submit their obligations.
"We have summoned developers' representatives by the end of December," he added.
His side will report asset demand result to Jakarta Governor and Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) by the end of his year.
"Next year, KPK will be involved in collecting public and social facilities from developers who haven't submitted it," he affirmed.
